Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and the authentication method you use for your SiteRep Works identity.

Company information: the company you create or are invited to, along with company standards and members.

Project information: documents you upload, detected sheets and evidence, takeoff quantities, assemblies, pricing, estimates, proposals, bid information and project events.

Operational records: identity events such as sign-in and sign-up, document processing records, and audit trails that make values traceable.

Requests you send us: the details you submit in the pricing request form.

To operate the product: authenticate you, read your documents, keep quantities and pricing tied to their source, show your project position, and let Adam answer questions using your own project record.

To keep the product reliable and secure: diagnose failures, detect abuse, and preserve audit trails that explain how a number was produced.

We do not sell your data.

We do not share your project data, pricing or bid information with your competitors.

We do not use one company's documents, pricing or estimates to inform another company's results.

Project data is scoped to the company that owns it and enforced in the database, not just in the interface. Access inside a company is controlled by that company's administrators through invitations and roles.

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, database, file storage, authentication and email delivery, and on AI providers to read documents and power Adam. They process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

You can update your identity details in the product, and you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it through the contact form.

Business decision requiredThe retention period and deletion schedule after cancellation are not finalized. Until they are published here, deletion happens on request rather than automatically.

Material changes update the version and last-updated date on this page. The acceptance recorded when you created your account preserves the version you accepted at that time.
