Terms of Service

These terms are between you and SiteRep Works, the operator of SiteRep Estimate. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so, and "you" then means that company.

Business decision requiredThe contracting legal entity name, entity type and legal notice address are not finalized and will be stated here before general availability.

Access requires a SiteRep Works identity — one account across SiteRep products, not an Estimate-only login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.

You must verify your email address before the workspace opens. Company access is granted through invitations issued by an administrator of that company.

SiteRep Estimate is in active development and is currently offered through early access. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at a specific service level during this period.

You retain ownership of the documents, quantities, pricing, estimates, proposals and other project information you put into SiteRep Estimate. We do not claim ownership of your construction data or use it to compete with you.

You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: storing your data, processing your documents, and displaying your information back to you and the people you have authorized in your company.

SiteRep Estimate is a tool that assists your work. It does not replace your professional judgment. Adam prepares, explains and suggests; Adam never submits, publishes, approves or awards, and never changes a quantity, price or scope on your behalf.

You are responsible for reviewing every quantity, price, estimate, proposal and bid before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Estimating outcomes, bid results and construction decisions remain yours.

Don't attempt to access another company's data, interfere with the service, reverse the service's protections, resell access, or upload content you don't have the right to upload.

Early access pricing is agreed directly. No self-service paid plan is purchasable through this site today.

Business decision requiredPayment timing, monthly versus annual billing, trial availability, refunds, cancellation terms and tax treatment are business decisions that are not finalized. They will be stated here before any self-service purchase is offered.

You may stop using SiteRep Estimate at any time. We may suspend access for activity that violates these terms or endangers other users' data.

Business decision requiredThe retention period and handling of your data after cancellation is not finalized. Until it is published here, we do not delete customer project data on a fixed schedule; contact us if you need data removed.

The service is provided as-is during early access. We do not warrant that document reading, detection or Adam's output is complete or error-free, which is exactly why the product requires your review and shows you the source of every value.

To the extent permitted by law, SiteRep Works is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bids, lost profits or project cost overruns.

When these terms change materially, the version and last-updated date on this page change, and the acceptance recorded at account creation remains a record of the version you accepted. Prior acceptances are never rewritten.
