SiteRep Works

Your judgment. Adam's assistance.

SiteRep Works is a connected family of construction software products intended to reduce duplicate entry, preserve project knowledge, improve traceability, and let construction professionals spend more time using judgment instead of rebuilding information across disconnected tools.

SiteRep Works is not AI replacing construction professionals. In SiteRep Estimate the rule is simple: Adam isn't the estimator. You are. Adam is your advantage.

The problem

On most projects the same construction information is repeatedly:

  • read
  • entered
  • copied
  • reformatted
  • reviewed
  • handed off
  • lost
  • recreated

SiteRep Works is intended to let information created in one part of the project lifecycle remain usable elsewhere, instead of being rebuilt by hand every time it crosses a system boundary.

Founder

Wes Mains

Wes is a construction professional who began building SiteRep Works from problems experienced in real construction workflows — document review, estimating, change management, safety, reporting, closeout and handoff, and the amount of time lost moving information between disconnected systems.

The work started as tooling to solve specific, ordinary frustrations: reading the same drawing set twice, retyping quantities that already existed, rebuilding pricing that had already been established, and explaining a number weeks later without a clear trail back to the document that created it.

The reason for building SiteRep Works is straightforward: construction professionals should spend less time recreating information and more time applying judgment.

How the products are meant to connect

One identity → multiple SiteRep products → project information can eventually flow between them → your permission still controls access.

Connected today

  • One SiteRep Works identity signs you in to SiteRep Estimate.
  • Company identity, membership and permissions are shared platform concepts, not per-product logins.
  • Inside SiteRep Estimate, documents, takeoff, assemblies, pricing, estimates, proposals, updates, bid leveling and project transition all carry the same project record forward.
  • Estimate information carries into Complete Project Transition and into Company Knowledge inside SiteRep Estimate.

Designed to connect · future integration

  • Estimate and execution information feeding a dedicated change-management workflow.
  • Change pricing established during estimating informing later change orders and contingency tracking in The Register.
  • Safety, reporting, change and closeout information rolling up into Project Pulse.
  • Waste and diversion reporting from HaulProof Reports attaching to project records.
  • Closeout and turnover documentation flowing from project execution into Closeout Command.

None of these integrations is functioning today.
